Due to the nature of our sneaker products, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Refunds will be initiated only if the product is damaged or incorrect, and there will be no replacements for size issues.

T-Shirts:
If you receive a damaged product or encounter a size issue, we are here to assist you. We offer returns for damaged products or sizing discrepancies. To initiate a returns request, please contact us at support@thesolculture.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a clear description of the issue in your email.
